What every JD for this role asks for
Pick a role. An attribute counts as a Point of Similarity when it appears in at least the share of JDs you set below.
Common to every role
Attributes that clear the threshold in all roles at once.
Score a CV or cover letter against the role's PoS
Upload a CV or cover letter and choose the role. Each PoS attribute gets a score out of 10, every attribute the document signals is flagged, and each claim gets a clarity rating. Open to @isb.edu accounts.
Privacy: your document is read in your browser and sent once to Claude for scoring. It is not stored. Only the numeric scores are kept if the box above is ticked.
Match a CV to one specific JD
Open to @isb.edu accounts. Paste a job description. The site reads the attributes this JD asks for, finds the closest role category, shows what it shares with that category and what is specific to it, then scores a CV against this JD's own wording.
Privacy: the document and JD are read once for scoring and not stored. JD match scores are not added to the benchmark.
Does your draft highlight what you want it to?
Choose the attributes you want a hiring expert to see in you, then paste your positioning statement, CV or cover letter. The check shows which of them come through, which don't, and what else a reader picks up. It describes; it doesn't rewrite. Open to @isb.edu accounts.

Roles: columns name, description. JDs: columns role, title, company, location, experience, url, text. A JD whose role doesn't exist yet creates that role. Claude tags each JD's attributes automatically.
